We are pleased to announce that our December 1 WalStreet Speaker Series event will be held in the Auditorium at Sam’s Club Home Office. Please review the registration process below so that there are no challenges once you arrive at the venue.
Important - Due to security requirements, you will need to register each person by name (additional attendee will not be sufficient). When arriving at the venue, you will need to provide identification when picking up your security badge at check in and you will need to return your security badge before leaving so that you are properly checked out of the facility. We will be unable to do on the spot registration, so please take time to register in advance. Deadline to register is November 24th. After this time we will not be able to accept new registrations or name changes for existing reservations.
WalStreet members remain entitled to a specific number of seats based upon your membership level; however, please note that they are seats and not tables. If you are a sponsor of this event or at a membership level that entitle you to receive 10 seats, they will be reserved. Sponsorships remain available and additional seating can be purchased through online registration. If you are interested in an additional 5 or 10 pack of seats with reserved seating, please contact Tammy Thurow at 479.273.2841 or tthurow@bbvchamber.com.
Parking location is also important. Parking for this event will be across the street or in the field. Do not park in the supplier parking as that space is reserved for suppliers doing business with Sam’s Club that day.
Again, the number of reservations available to you is based on your membership level as follows:
Individual - 1
Silver - 5
Gold and above – 10
If you have questions regarding your membership level, please contact us.
