Barrett Baber to Perform at Soldier ON Service Dogs 2nd Annual Hero Tales Hangar Party (RED, WHITE & BLUE JEANS) March 10th & VIP Reception with Barrett FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. –Saturday, March 10, 2018- Soldier ON Service Dogs presents its 2nd Annual Hero Tales Hangar Party fundraiser hosted by Jack and Angela Pestello at the Arkansas Air & Military Museum at Drake Field in Fayetteville. This year’s party, “Red, White & Blue Jeans,” will take place in an all-wood airplane hangar featuring some of the nation's only surviving varieties of aircraft and world-famous replicas. Attendees will enjoy BBQ, beer and wine, museum tours and silent and live auctions followed by heartwarming tributes to the lifetime achievements of selected veterans and a much anticipated musical performance by Arkansas-native Barrett Baber. Baber was recently voted 3rd Place Overall talent on NBC’s The Voice season 9 and known locally for KNWA TV theme song “Razorback Game Day.” Baber’s original song titled “Still Stands” from A Room Full of Fighters is a tribute to the memory of Staff Sergeant Robert Pirelli, who was tragically killed in action in Iraq in 2007, which makes the country music star a good fit for an event created to honor veterans and raise funds to support local veteran-service dog organization, Solider ON Service Dogs, Inc. Preceding Baber’s performance is a VIP reception where a limited number of guests will experience Baber’s talent in a more relaxed intimate setting with photo ops and an opportunity to meet the singer. Serious country music fans should be thrilled to participate in the live auction featuring items such as studio time with hit-song maker Kenny Lamb (Baber’s manager/producer). Lamb is a multi-platinum songwriter and producer whose credits and collaborations include N’Sync, Justin Timberlake, Jason Aldean, The Backstreet Boys, Little Big Town, Rhett Akins, Building 429, Barrett Baber, Mark Collie and many others. For information, tickets or sponsor inquiries please visit: www.soldieronservicedogs.org or call (479) 521-9301 All event proceeds benefit Soldier ON Service Dogs, a non-profit agency located in Fayetteville, Ark. Soldier ON provides trained service dogs to Northwest Arkansas Veterans diagnosed with service-related PTSD and/or Traumatic Brain Injuries at no cost to veterans.
