Calling all kiddos ages 6-12! This class integrates the AIReal hammock into a fun-filled kids yoga flow class. The hammock is used as a prop to support standing and balancing poses, develop strength, and to relax into postures with much more ease. Kids will learn to fly, hold and balance, while improving mind-body awareness. This class is absolutely beginner friendly with a focus on safety....& fun! Practiced at room temperature. $25
