Anna attended the University of Phoenix, earning a degree in Criminal Justice. Anna got into coffee when she was a teenager, working a part time gig at a coffee shop for about five years. She was born with the entrepreneur spirit, which lead her to always want to start her own business. Anna worked with Walmart for twelve years.

Robert served in the US Army for eighteen years as a Drill Sergeant. His reach knew no bounds, as he trained over two-thousand American soldiers. Robert also attended the University of Phoenix, earning a degree in Business Management.

Lindsey Carnahan is an Arkansas native who graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2005. From there, she moved to Texarkana, TX where she was introduced to the banking industry. Lindsey started her career in banking in 2010 as an assistant branch manager with Wells Fargo Bank and moved quickly to manage her own branch in New Boston, TX. In December 2014, Lindsey decided it was time to move back to her Arkansas roots. She chose Rogers as her forever home where the love of nature and the Arkansas Razorbacks never wavered. Today, Lindsey is the Assistant Banking Center Manager for Iberia Bank in Bentonville, AR. She is also the President for the Benton County Business Builders Chapter of BNI, and member for the Rogers'/Lowell Chamber of Commerce and Bentonville's Chamber of Commerce. Lindsey is married to Aaron and stepmother to Lucas. They reside in South Rogers and plan on building their family and life in the ever-growing Northwest Arkansas community.

Andrea Davis is a recognized expert in the field of emergency management who has dedicated her career to bridging the silos between the public and private sectors to create a united approach when it comes to disaster risk reduction. 

Ms. Davis has held leadership roles with NGOs (The American Red Cross, Save the Children US), the US Federal Government (FEMA, The Federal Reserve) and for Fortune 500 Companies (Walmart, Disney).  With each role, Ms. Davis used her influence to lead global initiatives focused on the importance of making risk informed determinations and engaging all members of the community in the decision-making process. Currently, Ms. Davis is the President and CEO of a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), The Resiliency Initiative (TRI).  Ms. Davis founded TRI out of a passion to serve the whole community before, during, and after an emergency. 

I am a native Arkansan, moved to NWA from Central Arkansas in 2017 and I it was the best decision ever made!
My career journey has included 20 years in banking and 11 years Commercial Real Estate. I joined First Horizon Bank in June 2022, previously I was a Private Banking Advisor for Arvest Bank, Benton County Market.
In my current role with First Horizon I am a Private Client Relationship Manager. I will be working to develop and build relationships throughout NWA with high net worth executives, business owners, Physicians and medical professionals in the community. I currently serve on the following boards; Hope Cancer Resources, Mercy Corporate roundtable committee and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). My husband and I have 3 adult children and we are members of Fellowship Church, Bentonville.

Jamie is the Creative Director at Capik Creative Design Studio and has been a professional designer for more than 30 years, with experience working with small, medium, and corporate companies. After obtaining her MFA, she left the corporate world in 2006 and started Capik Creative.

Today, she loves working with clients to create, polish, and maintain their visual message through successful branding, web design, and graphic design. When she isn’t working, Jamie spends time outside on her bike, hiking, or enjoying the arts scene in Bentonville with friends and family. capikcreative.com

I'm Kayla Barnhart, Operating Director of Cornerstone Caregiving NWA. I have more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I am well-versed in healthcare and deeply passionate about providing top-notch care, particularly for seniors.

I have had the privilege of  working closely with seniors. I have a profound respect and admiration for their wisdom and resilience. This passion for seniors and their well-being drives me in my role at Cornerstone Caregiving. I firmly believe in the value of collaboration to ensure that seniors in our community receive the exceptional care and support they deserve.
