SUMMARY:2020 December Small Business Hub: Leadership Resiliency in Uncertain & Challenging Times
DESCRIPTION:Where collaboration\, continuing education\, and community collide.\n\nWith a new focus monthly pertaining to a topic that local businesses have reached out about needing help in\, participants will have the opportunity to hear and speak directly with successful small business owners\, investors\, and waymakers on how they can better their business. At the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce (GBACC)\, we believe that our community thrives because we don't just do business with other businesses\, we do it with people\, whether digitally or face to face.\n\n\n\nRunning a business and/or leading a team takes a lot out of a person. Financial\, mental\, emotional\, and physical stresses can drain you really quickly if you aren't careful. One issue many small business owners and corporate leaders run into is that they spend so much time taking care of their business\, they forget to take care of their own mental health. If you just need some help getting back on track\, you should know that there are many leadership resiliency tips and resources to help small business owners just like you.\n\nWhat You Will Learn: \n\n\n	\n	Four easy strategies to increase your stress resiliency \n	\n	\n	How to utilize a Leadership Model for Resilient Sustainability during uncertain and challenging times \n	\n	You will also have access to a Leadership Resiliency Toolkit to keep you on track. \n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\n\nAlison Nail-Malone\, SHRM-CP\, MA\, a professional coach who engages executive leaders in companies and in communities who are committed to creating an employee and constituent experience that produces a healthy workplace that is purpose-driven\, generative and fulfilling. The promise of partnering with her and her team of professional coaches is the ability to have a thought-provoking and creating process that inspires you and/or your team to maximize personal and professional potential.\n\n \nFor more information\, or how to get more involved\, please reach out to Evan Gray at egray@greaterbentonville.com.
