At the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce (GBACC)\, we believe that our community thrives because we don't just do business with other businesses\, we do it with people\, whether digitally or face to face.\n\n\nYou've finally made a decision to terminate a difficult employee\, now what?\nIt's not always the decision to terminate that's the challenge   how to do so in a way that doesn't invite a hostile response can be the harder hurdle.\n\n\n\nDaily in the news\, we hear of incidences of workplace violence. Based on years of experience in law enforcement\, corporate security and executive protection\, Doug Elms will give you pro-active ways to prevent your name being the one in the headlines and keep your people safe.\n\n \n\nIn this Small Business Hub you will learn:\n\n\n	Warning signs of workplace violence\n	De-escalation techniques\n	Steps to take to keep your employees safe and your brand out of the headlines\n\nElms is an expert in assessing violent behavior\, business risks\, and at keeping people safe.
