DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that the November Assemble will have an in-person event networking option. This is highly limited to maintain social distance and to help keep our attendees safe. We will have only 10 seats available for the upcoming event. The registration fee is $20 and lunch will be provided. Upon registration you will receive an email with additional details.\n\n\n\nJoin us on Thursday Nov. 12 from 12-1 p.m. to hear from Kristin Esser\, Senior Organizational Development Specialist for Black Hills Energy. Kristin will walk us through the Aspire program and how to become a workplace of choice for women. Learn how the Aspire program has developed strategic initiatives with the goal of identifying\, recruiting and developing high-potential women to excel in their career.\n\n \n\n\n\nKristin Esser has spent the last 20 years working in change management for several organizations in South Dakota and North Dakota. Kristin began working with Black Hills Energy in 2008 as a Technology Integration Specialist\, helping to deploy technology initiatives throughout the company. This included time in Northwest Arkansas when technicians were transitioning to using iPads for their work. In her current role\, she implements and supports development programs for employees across the organization. Kristin has been active with Aspire\, a women's resource group\, since 2018.
