In the more than 20 years since its inception, the Business Women's Conference has grown into a premier opportunity for women at all stages of their careers to convene and connect. Now, with an eye toward the emerging demands of a post-pandemic workplace, we're proud to continue BWC Assemble!

This quarterly series of conversations, led by C-suite level women, is designed to inspire, empower and motivate. Each session will cover a given theme and will include opportunities for networking, live Q+A, and a featured non-profit serving women in our region.

Thanks to the support of our sponsors, BWC Assemble programming will be available at no cost to educators, students and entrepreneurs. We're excited to further extend this offer to the NWA Chapter of N.E.W. and to women's resource groups at Walmart, J.B. Hunt and Tyson Foods.

The inaugural BWC Assemble program is scheduled for February 28th at 7:30 AM, followed by an hour-long panel presentation on leadership development. Attendees will leave with an understanding of actionable steps they can take - both within their companies and in their personal lives - to rise into their leadership roles.
