Free Drive-Through Microchip Clinic

Make sure your best buddy gets home safe by getting them microchipped! Best Friends is offering free microchips at this drive-through microchip clinic from 10 am to noon on Saturday, November 22. The event will take place on the lot at McLarty Daniel Nissan: 2501 SE Moberly Lane in Bentonville. All dogs and cats are welcome. Chips will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring cats in carriers and keep dogs on leashes. A microchip is a tiny device, a little bigger than a grain of rice, that contains a unique identification number. The chip is inserted under the skin of your pet with a special needle. Shelters and veterinarians can scan your pet to get the ID number and use it to access your contact information so you and your pet can be reunited, even if your pet is not wearing a tag!
