The pain of loss can feel overwhelming, but there are healthy ways to cope with your grief and learn to heal. Whatever type of loss you’ve suffered, there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. You don't 'get over' your grief - You learn to live and navigate a new reality alongside your grief.

In this 60-minute virtual session, we will:

• Talk about the five myths and hidden realities of grief,
• Discover how to use the H.O.P.E. method to heal your grief and heart in slow and easy ways, and
• Have the opportunity to ask questions Alison to receive immediate guidance for additional grief support.
