All levels are welcome—move at your own pace, take breaks anytime, and soak in the collective energy of a powerful group practice. During this event, you can expect a guided flow through 108 Sun Salutations, a powerful and meditative group experience, and full support for all levels with modifications and rest breaks encouraged.
