OUTCRY: Alchemists of Rage follows Whitney Bradshaw as she photographs women mid-scream in cathartic group sessions where long-silenced stories conjure rage, sorrow, and joy. An activist and sexual abuse survivor, Whitney uses art to fuel action for women’s rights, culminating in a grassroots fight for abortion access in Ohio. The film offers a visceral rallying cry for the revolutionary power of women’s voices. The film is directed by Clare Major and produced by Jen Rainin and Rivkah Beth Medow, co-founders of Frankly Speaking Films, and by Whitney Bradshaw. Join us to watch this powerful film followed by a moderated discussion between Clare Major and Whitney Bradshaw. Representatives from local partners, including the Arkansas Abortion Support Network, Get Loud Arkansas and Emerge Arkansas, will be in attendance with more information.
