Anna attended the University of Phoenix, earning a degree in Criminal Justice. Anna got into coffee when she was a teenager, working a part time gig at a coffee shop for about five years. She was born with the entrepreneur spirit, which lead her to always want to start her own business. Anna worked with Walmart for twelve years.

Robert served in the US Army for eighteen years as a Drill Sergeant. His reach knew no bounds, as he trained over two-thousand American soldiers. Robert also attended the University of Phoenix, earning a degree in Business Management.

Lindsey Carnahan is an Arkansas native who graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2005. From there, she moved to Texarkana, TX where she was introduced to the banking industry. Lindsey started her career in banking in 2010 as an assistant branch manager with Wells Fargo Bank and moved quickly to manage her own branch in New Boston, TX. In December 2014, Lindsey decided it was time to move back to her Arkansas roots. She chose Rogers as her forever home where the love of nature and the Arkansas Razorbacks never wavered. Today, Lindsey is the Assistant Banking Center Manager for Iberia Bank in Bentonville, AR. She is also the President for the Benton County Business Builders Chapter of BNI, and member for the Rogers'/Lowell Chamber of Commerce and Bentonville's Chamber of Commerce. Lindsey is married to Aaron and stepmother to Lucas. They reside in South Rogers and plan on building their family and life in the ever-growing Northwest Arkansas community.

Andrea Davis is a recognized expert in the field of emergency management who has dedicated her career to bridging the silos between the public and private sectors to create a united approach when it comes to disaster risk reduction. 

Ms. Davis has held leadership roles with NGOs (The American Red Cross, Save the Children US), the US Federal Government (FEMA, The Federal Reserve) and for Fortune 500 Companies (Walmart, Disney).  With each role, Ms. Davis used her influence to lead global initiatives focused on the importance of making risk informed determinations and engaging all members of the community in the decision-making process. Currently, Ms. Davis is the President and CEO of a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), The Resiliency Initiative (TRI).  Ms. Davis founded TRI out of a passion to serve the whole community before, during, and after an emergency. 

Jamie is the Creative Director at Capik Creative Design Studio and has been a professional designer for more than 30 years, with experience working with small, medium, and corporate companies. After obtaining her MFA, she left the corporate world in 2006 and started Capik Creative.

Today, she loves working with clients to create, polish, and maintain their visual message through successful branding, web design, and graphic design. When she isn’t working, Jamie spends time outside on her bike, hiking, or enjoying the arts scene in Bentonville with friends and family. capikcreative.com

Craig brings decades of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience building and scaling regulated, service-based businesses. He oversees strategy, compliance, operations, and the overall member experience, ensuring a high standard of care, consistency, and clinical integrity.

Courtney leads clinical coordination, client experience, and daily operations. She is closely involved in intake, care continuity, and service standards, with a strong emphasis on patient education, safety, and individualized wellness planning.
