Youth Care Specialist (Multiple positions and shifts available)

THE POSITION: Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter seeks an individual to serve as Youth Care Specialist to play a key role in the day-to-day direct care and supervision of residents while embracing and upholding our mission and values.Youth Care Specialists work 12-hour shifts 3-4 days a week.Front Ends: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other WednesdayBack Ends: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other WednesdayThe 12-hour shifts start at 7am, 11am, 7pm and 11pm. Key responsibilities include but
