We welcome new patients of all ages to any of our three clinics. We offer state-of-the-art skincare treatments and are the regional leader in Mohs surgery, the gold standard for skin cancer surgery. We also provide general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology as well as skin cancer treatment and annual skin exams.

Our award-winning dermatology clinics are located in Fayetteville, Bentonville, and Harrison and serve Northwest, Central Arkansas, and beyond. We are also home to Arkansas’ best medical spa, Revive Medical Spa, LLC, with our flagship spa located in Fayetteville, AR and a satellite spa in Harrison, AR. We research and select the absolute best, scientifically proven treatments and technologies for all your aesthetic needs.

Our owner/founder, Dr. Lance Henry, is the region’s most experienced Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He’s performed over 16,000 Mohs surgeries to date. There are only 1,500 skin cancer surgeons with his training worldwide.

Our Fayetteville clinic is the only one of its kind in this state with a comprehensive dermatology clinic, full-service medical spa, pathology laboratory, Mohs surgery laboratory, and full-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center, all under one roof. This unique setting allows patients to have Mohs surgery procedures (skin cancer surgery) and complex reconstructive surgery at the same facility - all on the same day.
