Ice Cream
Every ice cream we create is made with pride and love locally in St. Louis. As a Microcreamery we make ice cream the way it was made in the good 'ol days. All of the milk we use is from local, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone and RBST-free cows. We start with real, natural ingredients including every candy, cookie, cake, and sauce -- we make them all ourselves --- and combined that with our ice cream base to make a decadent 16-18% butterfat ice cream.
