As a former business owner, I am also able to utilize my own knowledge and experience. Through the process of selling my own business, I endured the expense, delays, and difficulties of trying to operate my business while at the same time managing the business sale process. I realized that a skilled business broker can streamline and manage the process saving time and money. It is rewarding for me to help business owners achieve their dream of either selling their business or buying a business. I am a member of the International Business Brokers Association and have earned their professional designation as a Certified Business Intermediary as well as Murphy’s professional designation as a Board-Certified Intermediary. I am licensed to sell real estate in both Arkansas and Missouri which allows me to bundle the business and real estate and obtain favorable financing terms with lenders.
