About Us

The Program of all-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) helps seniors with complex medical needs. The program helps seniors avoid nursing home and instead receive the care and services necessary to help them be safe, comfortable and healthy while living in their own home. PACE is located in Springdale. We have an Adult Day Health Center and a Clinic on site. We cover parts of Washington, Benton, and Madison counties.
