Craig and Courtney Farrow are the owners of Thrive MedSpa, a membership-based wellness and recovery clinic focused on preventive care, metabolic health, and performance optimization through evidence-informed, non-invasive therapies.

Craig brings decades of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience building and scaling regulated, service-based businesses. He oversees strategy, compliance, operations, and the overall member experience, ensuring a high standard of care, consistency, and clinical integrity.

Courtney leads clinical coordination, client experience, and daily operations. She is closely involved in intake, care continuity, and service standards, with a strong emphasis on patient education, safety, and individualized wellness planning.

Together, they founded Thrive MedSpa to bridge traditional healthcare and proactive wellness—delivering medically guided, personalized care focused on long-term outcomes.
